Contemporary Interiors makes achieving the best from your property easy in just a few simple steps:
VISIT
Meet & greet on-site, assess and discuss desires.
We will meet with you or your agent at the vacant property. This visit is complimentary and is a chance for us to chat, get to know the property and for us to understand your staging requirements. During the visit, we will also take photos and measurements as a reference for the staging.
QUOTE
Detailed concept delivered, time-frame & pricing finalised.
Following the visit to your property we will complete your quote. This will include a concept idea of what we can do for you and your property, the time-frame for the works and pricing.

ACCEPTANCE
Quote accepted, deposit paid, dates confirmed.
Once you have received your quote and the deposit has been paid, the date of staging will be confirmed.
INSTALLATION
Items delivered, professionally styled and placed.
On the agreed date all items selected will be professionally delivered to your property. Please note that the stylist has complete control over the choice of items for your property. The selection of particular items may or may not be to your personal taste, however they will have been chosen to accentuate the best aspects of your property, drawing attention away from any imperfections or flaws.
DE-STAGING
Property sold or rental complete, items removed, property re-instated
